HEAT DETECTORS

Tecnos RATE OF RISE & FIXED POINT HEAT DETECTORs

TMP2 series Heat Detector includes electronic circuit for signal conditioning generated by the transducer. The electrical signal is transformed into an engineered output with different interface solutions. Units are available in Aluminium or Stainless Steel suitable for use in a safe or hazardous area with Rate of Rise or fixed-Point detection.

Fixed temperature detector: The detector is activated exceeding the maximum temperature. The alarm temperature is calibrated as required by customer over a range of -20÷110°C. 

Fixed and rate of rise temperature detector: The alarm is activated exceeding the maximum temperature or for a rapid rate or rise of temperature. Range of calibration is -20÷110°C.


TMP2 DUST (EN54-5)

Aluminium housing IP66 heat detector. Static and/or Rate of Rise alarm temperature. LED status: OFF in normal condition, ON in alarm, or PULSE in normal condition, OFF in Fault condition, ON in alarm condition. Manual or automatic reset. EN54-5-CPR certified for temperatures classes A2 (54 to 70°C) and C (84 to 100°C)

  

TMP2 J and T (ATEX Zone 1)

ATEX zone 1 certified II 2G Ex d IIC T6 heat detector, with rate of Rise and/or static alarm. Internal status LED. Automatic or manual Reset. IP65 aluminium alloy housing and chrome plated brass probe (stainless steel available) with one 1/2″ NPT way connection opposite to the probe side (J model) or two 1/2″ NPT way connections on the two sides (T model).

  

TMP2 JO and TO (ATEX Zone 1 + EN54-5)

ATEX zone 1 certified II 2G Ex d IIC T6 and EN54-5 certified for temperatures A2 (54° to 70°C) and C (84° to 100°C) heat detector.

Rate of Rise and/or static alarm. LED status: OFF in normal condition, ON in alarm. Or PULSE in normal condition, OFF in Fault condition, ON in alarm condition. Automatic or manual Reset. IP65 aluminium alloy housing with window and chrome plated brass probe (stainless steel available).

One 1/2″ NPT way connection opposite to the probe side (JO model) or two 1/2″ NPT way connections on the two sides (TO model).
